Toward a New National Energy Policy: Assessing the Options
Tony Knowles (former Governor of Alaska) and Brad Carson (former U.S. Representative from Oklahoma) were in Washington, D.C. recently to announce the completion of a two-year study by Resources for the Future and the National Energy Policy Institute. This study looks at a number of energy policy options set against targets for the reduction of oil consumption and CO2 emissions. I sat down with Mr. Knowles and Mr. Carson to find out more about this study.
