Conversation With Nora Pouillon
Nora Pouillon opened Restaurant Nora in 1979, but twenty years later, Nora did something outrageous — she became the first restaurant in the United States to be certified organic. Only three other restaurants since have achieved organic certification. She is the author of Cooking with Nora, a seasonal menu cookbook, which was a finalist for the Julia Child Cookbook Award.
