Antarctic Clouds

Maria Banks, a blogger for Adventures, left the comforts of home to live and work in Antarctica for three months. While there she would brave the snow and the cold to drill ice cores which will tell the story of Earth's climate from thousands of years ago. On breaks from her work, Maria captured images of the amazing cloud formations against the snowy landscape. To find out more about Maria's time in Antarctica, read her blog, "Drilling Into the Past.
